Dial were unanimously (10-0) voted into the Surrey Premier County Football League (SPCFL) during the League's combined annual general meeting (AGM) with the Combined Counties Football League on 22 June 2024.

Dial's first fixture at step 7 (i.e., national feeder league to the National League System) was away to Cranleigh on 24 August 2024. After five fixtures, Dial topped the league table, Two games later, leading marksman Harry Rice scored the club's fastest ever hat-trick in 4 minutes and 42 seconds against Battersea Ironsides on 30 September.
