Dial were unanimously (10-0) voted into the Surrey Premier County Football League (SPCFL) during the League's combined annual general meeting (AGM) with the Combined Counties Football League on 22 June 2024.

It was announced that Dial's first fixture at step 7 (i.e., national feeder league to the National League System) would be away to Cranleigh on 24 August 2024, followed by away trip to CB Hounslow & Abbots (formerly CB Hounslow United) on 31 August 2024.
