On 22 September 2022, founding director Stuart Morgan stepped down as chairman of Dial Square to become the club's new CEO, handing the chairman's reins to vice-chairman and successful businessman, Tony Hurley.
Following an indifferent start to the Surrey County Immediate League (Western) Division One campaign and early cup exits, Simon Martin resigned as first team manager on 22 November 2022. After considering several prospective candidates for the position, Dial appointed Steve Brown as player manager on 28 December 2022.
The managerial change prompted several personnel changes on the pitch, which brought about an upturn in performances during the second half of the season. It enabled Dial to gain to back-to-back promotions, this time to the Surrey County Immediate League (Western) Premier Division after again finishing runners-up to local rivals Laleham & Kempton.
On 8 May 2023, Morgan stepped down from his role as CEO, citing "personal reasons" for his decision, and later (24 May 2023) resigned as a company director of Dial Square Football Club Limited.
