On 19 July 2024, Dial Square F.C. ('the Company') announced it was offering members the opportunity to apply to purchase 1,000+ new shares in the Company following the creation of 440,000 new ordinary shares. It followed the success of the previous share purchase opportunity in 2023 whereby fans subscribed to 190,000 shares in just six weeks.

On 2 October 2024, Dial reported that fans from across the world had applied for all 440,000 shares in just five-and-a-half weeks, bringing the total paid-up share capital to 880.000. Tony Hurley remains the majority shareholder.
