With just one week to go until Armistice Day in the UK, Dial Square Football Club looks forward to marking our respect for this and Remembrance Sunday, in our away game versus University Of Surrey, on Saturday, 13th November.
Remembrance Sunday (which this year falls on the 14th November), is a national opportunity to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.
It is a time where we should all remember the Armed Forces, and their families, from Britain and the Commonwealth, the vital role played by the emergency services and those that have lost their lives, as a result of conflict or terrorism.
In order to show how much this means to all of us here at the club, we shall be wearing poppies on our shirts, during the match against the University.
We hope to see as many of our fans as possible at the game and kindly ask that if you would like to make a donation to the Royal British Legion, then we will convert some of your Sundial Points, into a monetary value and donate it to this wonderful charity. To do so, simply email membership@dsfcenterprise.com and let us know how many points you'd like to convert.
