Dial boss Brown arranges busy pre-season schedule

Plans for Dial’s 2024/25 pre-season schedule are close to being finalised, with 11 friendlies already confirmed as Steve Brown prepares his squad for the Surrey Premier County Football League.

Dial will begin their pre-season campaign with a trip to Combined Counties Football League Premier Division South (step 5) side Fleet Town on 29 June 2024 at Kings College Community Sports Hub. The squad (incl. triallists) will then play 2023/24 Hampshire Premier Football League (step 7) champions Liphook United at the Hub on 6 July, before they take on Combined Counties Football League Premier Division North (step 5) side Burnham on 9 July. Four days later, Dial return to play Wessex Football League Division One (step 6) side Frimley Green.

Dial then travel to Springwest Academy (formerly Feltham Community College) on 20 July to play Surrey Premier County Football League (step 7) side Staines Lammas (Middlesex), after which Brown will assemble a squad for a trip to Hampshire Premier League (step 8) outfit Whitehall & Bordon for the first time on 23 July. Dial will round off July with another first when they travel to Wessex Football League Division One side Cove on 27 July.

The following month, Dial have arranged friendlies against Thames Valley Premier Football League (step 7) side Finchampstead on 3 August, before facing Surrey County Intermediate League (Western) Premier Division (step 8) rivals Laleham & Kempton on 10 August.

It will be another good test for Dial when they play Surrey Premier County Football League side Keens Park Rangers on 17 August, before returning to Kings College Community Sports Hub to complete a busy pre-season campaign against former Surrey Premier County Football League side Guildford United on 24 August*.

Although Dial's pre-season schedule may be subject to change, we are confident that the following fixtures will stand.
